The rental is from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m Monday – Saturday.
The rental is from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. on Sunday.
Additional hours can be added from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for $100 per hour and from 12:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. for $250 per hour.
Rental Beginning Time:
Unless the client has rented The Harrison Ballroom on the date before the event date, they may not drop off items, begin setting up for their event, or decorate the day before. You may arrive to begin setting up at the rental beginning time stated in the contract.

Rental End Time: The rental end time is the time the client, their guests, and all items not being discarded must be exited from the facility. The client should consider ending the event prior to the rental end time to ensure the client is out on time. No decorations, rented furniture, margarita machine, etc. may be stored overnight. Please ensure that all vendors are aware of this policy in advance of booking with them.
Event Add On’s
Rental of Simply Forever Chapel
The client may add on our sister venue, Simply Forever Chapel, located in the same building to host their ceremony.

Rental of Celebration Party and Event Center
If the client chooses to add Celebration Party and Event Center to their event, it can be added for $150 per hour. There is a minimum of 3 hours required to add this to your event.
Celebration Party and Event Center is a conjoining venue for the children to play. www.celebratekeller.org. Celebration Party and Event Center may only be added on if the schedule permits. Additional hours must be added in advance and cannot be done during your event
If the client chooses to serve alcohol during their event, they must use The Harrison Ballroom’s contracted TABC certified bartender to serve ALL alcohol. A bartender can be added for $40 per hour. Events over 125 people require 2 bartenders. There is a minimum of 4 hours. Please take into consideration the bartender’s set up and break down time.
Security Police Officer
Police Officer can be added for $55 per hour. If the client chooses to serve alcohol during their event, they must use The Harrison Ballroom’s contracted Fort Worth Police Officer from the time the bar opens until the conclusion of CLIENTS rental time.
The bar may not open until the Fort Worth Police Officer is on duty.
Childcare Workers to monitor children @ Celebration Party and Event Center
If the client adds Celebration Party Center they must also add childcare workers. Childcare workers can be added for $20 per hours, per worker. Depending on the ages of the children, staff ratio is 1 to 10 children.
Bussers/servers can be added for $25 per hour, per worker. One staff member per 100 guests is required. Four hours minimum required.
Standard black or white linens are included.
Day of Coordinator
The client can add on a Day of Coordinator to coordinate your event, timeline, and vendors on the day of your event. This can be added for $650.
Deposits and Payment Agreements
To reserve services on the date requested The Harrison Ballroom requires a contract be signed by both parties and an initial deposit of 30% of the total package. A second deposit of 30% of the balance is due one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the event date. The 40% remaining balance is due ninety (90) days in advance of the event. In the event that a reservation is made within the 90-day period full payment is due at the time of booking. Deposits and payments will be made by cash, check, or major credit card on the schedule noted below. If the balance has not been paid three months in advance of the event, The Harrison Ballroom has the right to cancel your event and all payments will be non-refundable.
Refundable Damage Deposit: $500.00
The client agrees to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500.00. The refundable damage deposit is to be paid by separate check or money order, returnable to the client(s) up to two (2) weeks after the event has been held if there is no damage, the venue’s policies have been followed, and the client and their guests exited the building on time. Any damages that exceed the amount of the security deposit shall be the responsibility of the person financially responsible for the event.
In the unlikely event the client should cancel, for any reason whatsoever, all deposits and payments are nonrefundable. The Harrison Ballroom reserves the right to terminate this contract if the client fails to meet or violates any terms of the contract, in which case the provisions of this cancellation policy also apply.
