Reception Set Up

Your rental is from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on the day of event.
Additional hours can be added after 12:00 a.m. for $250 per hour.
Celebration of Life Events are 5-hour rentals on Monday-Thursday. Typical timeframes are 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Rental Beginning Time:
Unless the client has rented The Ballroom on the date before the event date, they may not drop off items, begin setting up for their event, or decorate the day before.
You may arrive to begin setting up at the rental beginning time stated in the contract.

Rental End Time:
The rental end time is the time the client, their guests, and all items not being discarded must be exited from the venue.
The client should consider ending the event prior to the rental end time to ensure the client is out on time.
No decorations, rented furniture, margarita machine, etc. may be stored overnight. Please ensure that all vendors are aware of this policy in advance of booking with them.

What is the guest capacity?
The Harrison Ballroom is a large event space. In our experience, it accommodates up to 300 guests, making it ideal for large weddings, corporate events, and milestone celebrations.
How flexible is the venue's layout?
The venue features an open floor plan that allows for customizable seating arrangements and event setups. This flexibility ensures smooth transitions between ceremonies, receptions, and other event segments.

At The Harrison Ballroom, our Fort Worth, TX venue with modern elegance for milestone celebrations offers flexible event packages designed to make planning seamless and stress-free. From weddings and anniversary parties to corporate gatherings, each package can be customized to fit your unique vision. Guests enjoy a variety of included amenities, such as elegant seating, a fully equipped prep kitchen, audio-visual systems, and dedicated event spaces that blend sophistication with functionality. Our team works closely with you to tailor every detail, including catering options and décor preferences, ensuring your celebration is both memorable and effortless.
Event Add On's
Event Add-Ons
If the client chooses to serve alcohol during their event, they must use The Harrison Ballroom’s contracted TAB-C bartender to serve all alcohol. A bartender can be added for $45 per hour. Events over 150 people may require 2 bartenders. Four hours minimum is required when adding on.
Please take into consideration the bartender’s set up and break down time. The bartender will arrive 30 minutes before the bar opens to set up the bar. They will stay 30 minutes after the bar is closed to clean up the bar and remove the alcohol from the venue.
***Should the client or guest secretly or openly self-serve alcohol throughout their event, the client will lose their REFUNDABLE deposit.
If the client chooses to serve alcohol during their event, they must use The Ballroom’s contracted Fort Worth police officer from the time the bar opens until the conclusion of client's rental time. The bar may not open until the Fort Worth Police Officer is on duty. A police officer can be added for $55 per hour.
If your caterer is not including bussers to clean the kitchen, maintain the trash, bus tables, keep up with food line, you MUST hire bussers. There is an additional fee for plated dinners. Bussers/servers can be added for $40 per hour per worker. Four hours minimum is required when adding on.
Day of coordination services may be added if you would like one of our detailed, professional, event coordinators to handle every detail the day of your event. This can be added for $750. If the client choses to add day of coordination this needs to be done in advance.
Gold or silver charger plates may be added on for $0.75 per plate.
Our unique, light-up, L XV, 15, 16, or L-O-V-E letters may be added to any event to add a touch of elegance. The letters light up and are $200.
Our staff will cut and plate your cake for your special event. This may be added for $100. Cake cutting is included in all our coordination packages.
One silver and white throne chair can be added to the event for $150. Two silver and white throne chairs may be added to the event for $250.
Chafing warmers can be added to the event for $10 per dish and $2 per chafer fuel.
Our double-sided margarita machine can be added to any event for $225. This will include two flavor mixes that will make two 5-gallon jugs and fill both sides. This makes about 160 8oz margaritas.
***The client is responsible for the alcohol and added ingredients needed to make the beverage of choice. The client also is responsible to bring cups, napkins, straws etc. Additional mix may be added for $20 each.
A pipe and drapery backdrop can be added for $250. This comes in various colors and can be hung in multiple ways.
Standard white, ivory, black, navy, or burgundy polyester linens are included in the rental. The client may upgrade to a specific-colored polyester linen for $12 per linen.
