The rental fee varies from $1,800 to $3,700, depending on the day selected. Saturday rentals are priced at $3,700, while weekday rentals are offered at a lower rate.

Your rental package includes full-day access from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m., tables and silver Chiavari chairs, a mobile bar, easels, sound and video systems, a bridal suite, a groom's lounge, and a customizable floor plan, among other amenities.

Certainly. You're welcome to bring any caterer of your choice. Our venue provides a prep kitchen equipped with an ice machine, and we don't impose any catering restrictions.

Alcohol is permitted at events, but it must be served by our licensed bartender, and security is required. Please note that self-service of alcohol is not allowed.

Our ballroom can accommodate up to 300 guests, making it suitable for various events including weddings, Quinceañeras, Sweet 16s, Celebration of Life gatherings, and corporate functions.

Setup can commence at 10:00 a.m. on the day of your event. If you've reserved the venue for the following day as well, alternative arrangements may be possible.

Standard linens in white, black, ivory, navy, or burgundy are included in your rental. Additional decor options such as love letters, throne chairs, and pipe and drape are available for an extra fee.

We do offer 5-hour rentals specifically for Celebration of Life events. These are available Monday through Thursday, with pricing starting at $1,500.

Every rental includes access to a private bridal suite. Additionally, we provide a separate groom's lounge featuring a comfortable seating area.

Self-service of alcohol is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, the client will forfeit their refundable deposit. We strongly advise adherence to our alcohol service guidelines.
